Front Desk Agent
Be the first face of the hotel. Check guests in and out, handle reservations and inquiries, and create a memorable arrival experience for every guest.
Schedule: Rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, process check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, and in person; resolve issues with discretion and care.
- Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate guest folios.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep rooms guest-ready.
- Promote the Pinnacle Club loyalty program and upgrade opportunities at check-in.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience; hotel or hospitality background an asset.
- Strong written and verbal English; second language a plus.
- Comfortable with property management systems (Opera, OnQ, or similar).
- Able to stand for full shifts and work weekends, holidays, and overnight as scheduled.

Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms to Pinnacle standards, including bed-making, bathroom cleaning, and restocking.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance or supply needs and report issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in clean, organized condition.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and chemical-handling protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred; we'll train the right candidate.
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Right to work in Canada.

Responsibilities
- Prep, cook, and plate breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch service.
- Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all food-safety procedures.
- Work closely with the sous chef and head chef on daily features and seasonal menu changes.
- Support banquet and event production as needed.
Qualifications
- Red Seal certification or equivalent culinary training preferred.
- FoodSafe Level 1 (current).
- 2+ years line-cook experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Calm, organized, and able to thrive during peak service.
